LIVE WEBINAR FOR GRADUATE ENROLLMENT LEADERS

AI Is Changing Graduate Program Recruitment.
Are You Ready?

How admissions teams can engage prospects faster, extend staff capacity,
and strengthen human connection with AI.

Featuring Anthony Campisi, GPRS/ReadyRecruit, with
Randell Hernandez, University of Washington Foster School of Business

September 23, 2026 | 1:00 PM ET | 60 MINUTES | LIVE ONLINE

Why This Matters

AI in admissions is moving beyond ChatGPT.

Most graduate admissions teams are already using AI to write emails, create content, conduct research, summarize meetings, or simply work more efficiently. But that's only the beginning.

The bigger opportunity is understanding how AI can become part of the recruitment operation itself — helping teams engage prospects faster, maintain consistent follow-up, extend staff capacity, and create more opportunities for meaningful human interaction.

In this live webinar, Anthony Campisi, President of GPRS/ReadyRecruit, will explore what this next stage of AI could mean for graduate program recruitment — across MBA, specialized master's, executive, online, and other graduate programs.

Anthony will be joined by Randell Hernandez, Director of Admissions for the Executive MBA Program at the University of Washington Foster School of Business, who will bring a practitioner's perspective to the conversation and share what led Foster to begin incorporating AI into its graduate recruitment strategy.

What We’ll Explore

  • Beyond AI Productivity: Why writing emails faster is only one small part of AI's potential impact on graduate recruitment.
  • Where AI Can Make a Difference: Pinpointing where prospects wait, momentum gets lost, follow-up becomes difficult, and staff capacity gets stretched.
  • What AI Should — and Shouldn't — Own: How technology can take on repetitive work while keeping people at the center of the conversations and decisions that matter most.
  • A Real-World Perspective from UW Foster: What led Foster to move forward, the opportunities the team identified, and how it is approaching its ReadyRecruit implementation as it prepares to launch.
  • Where to Begin: A practical framework for identifying the right opportunities for AI without trying to transform everything at once.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
  • ✕ NOT A READYRECRUIT PRODUCT DEMO
  • ✕ NOT ANOTHER SESSION ABOUT WRITING BETTER PROMPTS
  • ✕ NOT A CONVERSATION ABOUT REPLACING ADMISSIONS PROFESSIONALS WITH AI
